Mind Healing Power

Beliefs Are Filters For Reality - You see the world not as IT IS… but as YOU ARE!

"A belief is a thought- fueled by a feeling- that you think over and over again until it becomes habitual. Once a thought becomes habitual, you no longer even recognize that you are thinking it. For this reason, it is absolutely essential to identify and release the long-held, worn-out beliefs that often hold toxic thoughts in place."                                                                                                                               - Iyanla Vanzant

Your life is a reflection of your “beliefs.”

These beliefs, usually subconscious, are the cumulative effect of life-long “programming.” As a result of past conditioning, we sometimes think and behave in self-defeating ways.  Conscious thoughts can be changed easily by simply receiving information: reading a book, having a conversation, or seeing the results of actions. If conscious information was all that was needed, then experiencing success in all areas of life would be easy. Unless changes are made at the subconscious level, however, repeating undesired reactions and behaviors will likely continue.

Toxic Beliefs Can Be Hazardous to Your Health

Your beliefs are the building blocks of your personality. They define you as worthy or worthless, powerful or powerless, competent or incompetent, trusting or suspicious, belonging or outcast, self-reliant or dependent, flexible or judgmental, fairly treated or victimized, loved or hated. Your beliefs have far-reaching consequences, both positive and negative, in every area of your life. Beliefs affect your self-esteem, prosperity, relationships, job performance, and spiritual outlook, even your mental and physical health.

Are we stuck with our old beliefs and limitations?

The good news is that you can acquire positive subconscious beliefs, go beyond the limitations, and rewrite the software of the subconscious mind in a few minutes permanently. But you must act. As Johann Wolfgang von Goethe stated:

“Knowing is not enough; we must apply.

Willing is not enough; we must do.”

And remember…

When you change yourself, you change the world!
